My dog/cat doesn’t like certain treats?

My orders have been shipped but I’ve changed my mind?

Send us an email over at [email protected] and if the order has not been damaged or opened or tampered with we will be able to come to a returns arrangement. 

What do I get with my order?

Depending on what size box you order, you will receive a wide variety of Treats and Toys. If you order the Small box, your will receive 7 items, a mixture of treats and toys. Its the same for the Medium and Large box. Except the Medium box includes 9 items and the Large box 12 items.

What if I don’t like the box when it arrives?

We try our best to meet every dogs needs based on the information you provide us with but if you receive your box and have any issues with what's been included send us a email over at [email protected], click here for the contact page or DM us on one of our social Media pages and one of our dedicated team will be in touch to try and resolve the issue.

What if I don’t want to sign up for a subscription?

That's fine on all of our boxes we give you the option to sign up for 1 Month, 6 Months or 12 Months. 

What if I sign up for a 6/12 month Subscription but change my mind?

We would never want one of our customers to feel unsatisfied or trapped into any of our purchases and think that customer satisfaction is key. Each case is different but if you are unhappy with your purchase or for any reason feel like you no longer wish to subscribe

What is a Standard Box?

Our standard box is our monthly subscription box without the subscription. Maybe you’re looking to try out our subscription but you’re just not sure. Or you want to send something to a friend’s dog. Each month we have a new range of toys, treats and dog products to send out tailored to each dog. We ensure what we send out is something every pet and owner wants. We want to know all the details to ensure each dog gets the best out of our box. Maybe the dog gets anxious or hates chicken or maybe their owner just can’t stand squeaky toys. What’s in the Birthday Box?

Our birthday boxes are a great gift for every dog, each box is tailored to the dogs needs to make sure they have a PAW-some birthday! Some tasty snacks and fun toys and accessories are included in the box. The information you provide us with helps us to tailor the box to the dog, in each box there is a birthday collar and bandanna to ensure they celebrate in style. Our birthday box allows you to personalize and add your touch to the box as we care about every detail.

The puppy box contains 6-8 products that are catered to puppies 12 months to 2 years!
